Office Visits
Our top priority is to help you achieve and maintain a beautiful, straight and healthy smile that will last a lifetime. We understand that choosing to have orthodontic care is a big commitment and we are dedicated to helping you feel confident in your decision.
Your Journey to a Beautiful Smile Begins with a Complimentary Consultation
Your initial appointment is complimentary and will consist of a thorough examination and a discussion of potential treatment options. This important 30-minute visit will give us insight into your orthodontic needs.
- We will review your dental and medical history forms.
- We will complete a thorough oral examination to determine if treatment is indicated.
- If treatment is indicated, we will create a personalized treatment plan.
- We will discuss the cost of treatment, financial options, insurance options and payment plans.
We believe that good orthodontic care begins with open communication. We promise to speak candidly with you about symptoms, our diagnosis, alternative treatments that may exist, and our recommendations. Working together, we can achieve a true partnership, with one common goal-keeping your smile beautiful and your teeth, gums and jaw joints healthy!
If you’d like to schedule your complimentary consultation, please contact the office nearest you: Frisco office at: 972-712-6862 or the McKinney office at: 972-562-2228.
What to Expect
Every treatment plan is customized to each patient. The visits after your initial consultation may require a short visit or a series of visits. Many times, we will be applying your appliances – like braces or expanders. Anything from a five minute visit to an hour or so is all it takes. No matter the situation, we’ll explain everything to you and set the appointments at a convenient time to match your schedule. Then, you’re on your way toward your new smile!
Scheduling Appointments
You will have regular office visits every four to eight weeks to ensure the overall success of your treatment. These appointments last 20-40 minutes. We have designed an efficient scheduling system to help ensure your appointments are convenient for you so you have less time in the treatment chair and more time doing the things you enjoy.
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. Feel free to contact us to schedule your initial appointment.
Regularly Visit Your General Dentist
Regular checkups with your family dentist are important while in braces. Your family dentist will determine the intervals between cleaning appointments while you are in braces. We will be happy to work in conjunction with your general dentist to ensure you are receiving the best quality dental care available.
